- Role-based access controls for internal staff tools.
- Periodic security reviews of our infrastructure.
4. Operational Audit & Abuse Investigation
If we reasonably suspect malicious, abusive, or prohibited usage, we may temporarily access limited operational data to verify compliance:
- Container/process listings and runtime metrics.
- Relevant non-sensitive log excerpts (e.g. crash traces, error output).
- File system items directly implicated in suspected abuse (e.g. mining scripts, exploit payloads).
We do not access arbitrary source code for unrelated purposes. All access is scoped, intentional, and audited. Confirmed violations may result in suspension or termination per our Terms of Service.
Refusal to cease clearly abusive activity after notification may trigger immediate environment shutdown.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Limited sharing occurs only with:
- Infrastructure providers necessary to deliver our services.
- Payment processors for billing transactions.
- Legal authorities when required by applicable law.
- Potential merger or acquisition entities under a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.
- Billing records: Retained for a minimum of 12 months for financial compliance.
- Operational logs: Rotated and purged periodically (typically 30-90 days).
