1. Eligibility
To use PartnerCord, you must:
- be permitted to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service and applicable law
- have authority to act on behalf of the server you configure, if you are setting up or managing a server through PartnerCord
- comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules
If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use PartnerCord.
2. Platform Compliance
You agree to follow all relevant Discord rules and policies while using PartnerCord, including but not limited to:
- Discord Terms of Service
- Discord Community Guidelines
- Discord Developer Terms
- any other platform policies that apply to bots, servers, or user conduct
Using PartnerCord in a way that violates Discord's rules is also a violation of these Terms.
3. What PartnerCord Provides
PartnerCord provides features that may include:
- server setup tools
- advertising and partnership tools
- bump systems
- review and request workflows
- moderation and reporting features
- analytics and trust-related systems
- premium or paid features
- related tools connected to a website or dashboard
Features may be changed, limited, removed, or updated at any time without prior notice.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate server information
- ensuring you have the right to submit any content, advertisement, invite, or material you provide through PartnerCord
- reviewing notices provided during setup and use
- managing the permissions granted to the bot
- ensuring your server content and behavior comply with Discord rules and applicable law
- all actions taken through your server, staff, or authorized administrators while using PartnerCord
5. Invite Creation During Setup
When a server owner or administrator completes setup by clicking Finish Setup, PartnerCord may automatically create a permanent Discord invite if no invite has already been saved.
By using setup and completing that action, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the bot may create and store an invite for your server
- the invite may be used for advertisements, partner posts, bump messages, and related network features
- invite creation depends on the bot having the required Discord permissions
If you do not want PartnerCord to create an invite, do not complete setup in a way that authorizes that action.
6. User Content
You remain responsible for all content submitted through PartnerCord, including:
- advertisements
- descriptions
- invite links
- tags
- reports
- requests
- other server-submitted content
By submitting content through PartnerCord, you grant PartnerCord permission to store, process, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate the service.
We are not responsible for user-submitted content and reserve the right to remove, restrict, or act on content at our discretion.
You acknowledge that authorized PartnerCord owners, developers, or administrators may access relevant operational, server, and account-linked service data through internal staff tools where reasonably necessary for support, moderation, compliance, abuse prevention, security, or service administration.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use PartnerCord to:
- spam or mass-advertise in violation of platform rules
- engage in raids, scams, fraud, or deceptive activity
- distribute malware, malicious links, or harmful content
- harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse others
- bypass blacklists, cooldowns, premium restrictions, moderation actions, or security systems
- interfere with, disrupt, or damage the service
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or features
- use the service for illegal or unlawful activity
Any prohibited use may result in suspension, blacklisting, removal, or permanent termination of access.
8. Premium Features and Billing
PartnerCord may offer paid or premium features. If premium services are used:
- access may depend on successful payment
- third-party billing providers may be used
- pricing, features, and availability may change at any time
- premium access may be suspended or removed if payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed
- except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once the service or feature has been provided
Third-party billing or payment services have their own terms and privacy policies, and you are responsible for reviewing them.
9. Third-Party Services
PartnerCord may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as:
- Discord
- top.gg
- Stripe
- hosting providers
- analytics tools
- authentication services
- website infrastructure providers
We are not responsible for the availability, actions, data handling, or policies of third-party services.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate access to PartnerCord at any time, with or without notice, if we believe:
- you violated these Terms
- you violated Discord rules
- your use creates risk for the service or its users
- your conduct is abusive, harmful, deceptive, or illegal
- restriction is necessary for moderation, security, legal, or operational reasons
You may stop using PartnerCord at any time by removing the bot from your server.
11. Service Availability
PartnerCord is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted uptime
- permanent availability
- error-free performance
- complete accuracy
- security without risk
- compatibility with all servers, systems, or use cases
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service at any time.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartnerCord disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- merchantability
- fitness for a particular purpose
- non-infringement
- reliability
- availability
- security
Use of the service is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartnerCord and its owners, developers, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of:
- profits
- revenue
- data
- goodwill
- server access
- business opportunities
- reputation
- digital assets
- operational continuity
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we were advised that such damages might occur.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms take effect when published. Continued use of PartnerCord after updated terms are published means you accept the revised Terms.
