Getting started is easy! First, navigate to our Control Panel and create a free account. Once logged in, purchase credits through Stripe or PayPal to top up your wallet balance. From there, select your configuration type (Discord Bot Hosting or Modmail Hosting) and deploy your service directly in the dashboard.
All of our primary hosting server infrastructure is located in a world-class enterprise facility in Utah, United States. This central US placement ensures optimal latency and network reliability for users connecting globally.
We implement a strict but transparent service lifecycle:
1. Renewal Due: Your monthly renewal is processed using credits.
2. Grace Period (3 Days): If your balance is empty on the renewal date, you have 3 days to add credits. If you add credits during this time, your service continues normally.
3. Suspended: After 3 days, your service is suspended and goes offline.
4. Terminated and Deleted (2 Days): If credits are not added within 2 days after suspension, the system permanently terminates the node and deletes all associated files.
