Please read this policy carefully before purchasing credits or services. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
AKHosting operates on a prepaid credit system. Customers purchase credits through the billing panel and credits are deducted monthly when services renew. Because we are a small, independent hosting provider, our general policy is no refunds on purchased credits - however, we do handle certain situations on a case-by-case basis.
Our billing works as follows:
Tip: If you no longer need a service, cancel it through the panel before the next renewal date. Your remaining credits will stay in your account for future use.
Below are common situations and how they are handled:
Credits purchased and used for a hosting service are generally non-refundable. If you decide you no longer want the service, cancel it and keep your remaining credits for future use.
If your service or account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Fair Use Policy, no refund will be issued.
If a service is terminated due to insufficient credits after the grace period, previously used service time is not refunded.
If you purchased a service and we were unable to deploy it due to a technical issue on our end, contact support and we will review the situation. Credits may be returned or the issue resolved.
If you accidentally purchased credits twice or created duplicate services, contact us promptly. We will review and may issue a credit adjustment at our discretion.
In the rare event of a significant, extended outage caused by us (not external providers), we may issue partial credit compensation at our discretion. We do not provide monetary refunds for outages.
If you believe you are eligible for a credit review or adjustment, follow these steps:
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your bank or payment processor without first contacting us may result in permanent account termination and a ban from future services.
If an account is permanently terminated due to policy violations or abuse, any remaining credits in the account are forfeited and no refund will be issued.
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be announced via our Discord server. Continued use of AKHosting services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
