By using AKHosting services, you agree to all terms below. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
Accessing or using AKHosting services constitutes your full acceptance of this agreement. These terms apply to all users of our hosting panel, billing system, Discord server, and website.
AKHosting provides paid hosting services including:
All paid services are deployed on dedicated hardware located in Utah, US and include DDoS protection.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all actions taken under your account. Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts to third parties is prohibited. Duplicate accounts to circumvent billing or suspensions are strictly forbidden.
All services are billed on a monthly basis using a credit system via our billing panel.

We strive to maintain reliable uptime and make infrastructure improvements over time. However, outages and scheduled maintenance may occur. We do not currently publish uptime guarantees.
Each hosting slot includes defined resource allocations (CPU, RAM, storage). Sustained excessive usage that impacts other customers may trigger throttling, warnings, or suspension at our discretion. See our Fair Use Policy for full details.
You retain ownership of your bot source code and data. Operational logs and anonymized metrics may be used internally to improve service quality.
Important: AKHosting is not responsible for maintaining, storing, or restoring backups of your server files or data. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups at all times.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. Material changes will be announced via our Discord server.
We may suspend or terminate any account, server, or environment for violations, abuse, non-payment, or security reasons - with or without notice. Upon termination, runtime environments are decommissioned and data may be permanently deleted after the applicable grace period.
To maintain platform security and fair resource usage, AKHosting reserves the right to monitor and investigate activity on its systems. We may use automated and manual methods to review:
Such access is performed solely for security, abuse prevention, and service integrity purposes. We do not access user data for unrelated purposes.
Obstruction of a legitimate abuse investigation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you have paid to AKHosting in the prior 3 months.
You agree to indemnify AKHosting and its operators against claims arising from your use or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via our Discord server. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
